Velora is run by Edgar Grimard, an independent retailer based in Quebec, Canada. The store — product pages, cart, checkout and order tracking — was built in-house and is maintained by the same person who answers your messages, so a question about a product is answered by someone who knows the catalogue. It is not a marketplace: we choose the brands we carry, AKKO, FIFINE, WOMIER and YUNZII, and we stand behind what we sell.

Payment is made by bank transfer, in a single payment, once the order is placed. We confirm the payment as soon as the funds arrive and then prepare the shipment.
